That's a really early K5H, like Evansville said, it's from the 1950's. It's a first generation K horn (if K's had generations) with rubber diaphragm seats and garter springs like the P series has. It doesn't have diffuser plates. I'd like to know what the tag says on the #1 bell. I believe the horn ...

Both of those numbers are part / casting numbers. The date stamp would be located on the mounting flange near the bottom air inlet.
