Does not matter. Just a Conrail blue 1977 S3L on high manifold.

1977 Leslie S3L

I'm just putting a fealer out, but I might be in the market for a S3L from 1977 in Conrail blue is preferred but as long it is from 1977 and has no other known heritage. No low manifold must be the standard high manifold.

Re: Old Cast P5

In original RR paint and it has 2,4 oval inlets. 1 is a ghost oval. 3 and 5 bells are circle inlets. 1,2,4 and manifold have orange under the black. And the 3 and 5 have what looks like a marron color under the black. I think it was originally a p3 then another railroad made it a P5. All new bolts. ...

Re: "Let's see!" Thread!

From left to right. 1. Ex Erie Lackawanna 1973 SU3L-LRO (yes I temporarily places RS for the time being while I send the original S chambers out.) 2. Old Cast P5 4. K-5UL-AU-LS ( I've put it on a low profile must to make it easy and still have the original manifold.) 5. What started it all for me, l...

Re: The Leslie S-5A and S-3E; were they ever produced?

The day I truly believe in the possibility of a S5A was produced is when I see someone with a 247 bell and the other four bell's in the same frame of a picture. As we all know the 247 bells was only used in the 3E, and 5A if any were built. From my research, I have not found any mention or a picture...

Re: Horn Risers

Does anyone know what kind of horn riser this is? I've heard Swanson used this style on the H5, but have not confirmed that. There is another style floating around that has additional ribbing around the base. Was that riser with a K3 from Ebay awhile back? Could you plz, show what the measurements ...
