Length Vs Hertz Output Formula

Hello fellow enthusiasts,
It is widely known that the longer the horn, the deeper the tone but what I would like to know is, is there a simple mathematical formula for calculating the length of the bell, to achieve a certain hertz.
I can't help but think there is a simple mathematical calculation for determining the length of a bell to achieve a certain hertz output.

In my specific case, I have an Ibuki 200, 128hz. The distance from the diaphragm to the end of the bell is 1060mm.
If the plan was to add an additional section between the bell and the power chamber, to decrease the hertz to 70, what length of tube would be needed?

It also depends on the shape of the bell; I don't think there is an easy way to calculate it. Might as well experiment with different lengths and see what you get.

I believe there are some sort of calculations to help figure, but nothing would be "easy". The best bet is to just experiment, there are too many variables that will affect a calculation.
