Question about my Buells

Postby timfletcher74 » Wed Dec 20, 2017 8:45 pm

Hey guys I have a question about my buell classic horns. The Red Wings use 3 of these sets are there goal horn and Im not sure what gas they use. I know its not compressed air or nitrogen. I was told its a flammable gas so any ideas of what it could be? I want my horns to sound exactly like the wings. Here is a clip of the wings goal horn: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZzXzL4p0Q54

Silly me, I'd try air first.
It may be a good idea to talk to the person that actually runs the horn and find out fer sure what they're using. Talking to anybody else is only hearsay.
EDIT: Well now ya done it, I gotta go listen the the Journey song......

Who, in their right mind, would purposely use a flammable gas to blow an air horn?

maybe use helium so the horn would sound like the chipmunks.
